Find support in the new year. There are many fitness options out there, but we want to be the RIGHT one for you. How does it work? We are a community of coaches and members that CARE. We want you to succeed and will give you the tools and support to do it!
The beauty of this challenge is its simplicity. There is no calorie counting or cycling of macronutrients. Eat real food, that’s the name of the game. Most people know that is what they should be doing, but many struggle with finding ways to do it. We’ll go beyond education on what you should eat. With one-on-one support, your coach will discuss your specific struggles, help create strategies to form healthy habits, and keep you accountable.
Challengers can attend any of the OzFit classes January 14 – February 25. OzFit classes are functional fitness classes which can be a mix between bootcamp and weight-lifting styles.
Classes are held Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00 am and 5:30 pm, Fridays at 5:00 am or 4:30 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am. Ask coaches about class flexibility during the day.
Participants can attend any classes February 25-March 11 during the maintenance phase.
Progress will be measured at the start, middle and end of the challenge using an InBody USA which measures body composition. Body composition analysis is essential to completely understand health and weight as traditional methods of assessing health, such as BMI, can be misleading. Body composition analysis goes beyond your weight and breaks down your body into four components: fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water.
The challenge includes a 6 week nutritional coaching program with daily lesson, check-in, 1-on-1 messaging with certified nutrition coach, and weekly group support meetings.
Following the challenge, there will be an additional 2 weeks of maintenance. There will be continued daily lessons, check-ins and 1-1 messaging support, but no group meetings. Challenge participants can continue attending OzFit classes during the final two weeks or test out CrossFit classes.
The 2-Week Maintenance period is intended to help you find balance after eating whole foods for 6 weeks. You will see results if you consistently eat whole foods, but we know that balance is important and necessary for continued success or maintenance. Many people go all-in on a program just to fall back on their old habits and gain the weight they worked so hard to lose. We want to give you the extra support to find a healthy transition that leads to sustainable change.
The Whole You Challenge is based on two goals: Helping you to eat real food and get moving!
